To be successful, you will be success-driven graduate who has a second class degree at the very least and already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children. The school want to meet applicants who have a captivating personality and the ability to motivate and excite pupils. About the Speech and Language Assistant Role
This Speech and Language Assistant role involves you working primarily on an individual basis with a Year 1 student who needs individual support with communication and Speech and Language. Ample opportunities for continued professional development are provided for all staff and work as part of a HA Special Educational Needs Coordinator's team.
