ROLE: Business Development Manager - Focussing on new business within the specification market working on large commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, leisure centres, offices etc dealing with Architects, Specifiers, Designers and main contractors. Products include commercial flooring and screed systems as well as repair mortars, renders, damp proof membranes, waterproofing, adhesives and all other ancillaries. A fantastic opportunity to join a global name in the sector with on going development training and career progression.
LOCATION: London & South East - Ideally located in South of the River - South London, Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex and Hampshire.
CANDIDATE: We are seeking a highly driven and structured specification sales professional with experience in the building product sector. Ideal background would be from the interior specification market working with architects. Any knowledge of tiles, adhesives or grouts would be beneficial but is not essential. Above all a great attitude and proactive approach is key to the position and a proven track record in sales ability and performance would be highly beneficial.
