Basic salary up to £48k plus OTE of £10k with company car, mobile, laptop, pension and additional company benefits.
EMPLOYER : Our client are a leading manufacturer in the heating and plumbing marketplace with a long-standing reputation for excellent service and products.
DESCRIPTION: Commercial Specification team - Concentrating mainly on commercial end user accounts, you'll be responsible for increasing the specification & sales of your companies products which include drinking water and commercial electric water heaters. You'll develop business relationships, (client, trade bodies and non conflicting manufacturer), to obtain new specification opportunities within your designated territory. Negotiate trading agreements with end users. Internally communicate project information to ensure product specification is maintained, and to realise maximum business potential for Group.
LOCATION: Field based role covering Scotland - candidates living in or around the central belt are best placed for this role; Edinburgh, Livingstone, Paisley, Glasgow, East Kilbride, Cumbernauld, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Renfrew, Bellshill, Hamilton, Coatbridge, Larbert, Bonneybridge, Stirling, Alloa & Bannockburn to name few
CANDIDATE: This person must be a strong sales professional with commerical heating expeirence. This could be for a merchant although its preferable that this person will be working for a manufacturer selling specification to commercial end users. This person will need to be confident dealing with M&E consultants making technical advice and recomendations. this person could have experience with any Heating/HVAC product such as boilers, water heaters, pumps, water treatment, controls, valves, piping systems and other HVAC products.
