SPECIALITY TRAINEE POST FOR INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY (ST 4-6)

Applications are invited for the above post. This post offers training in Interventional Radiology, with a view to gaining a CCT in Clinical Radiology with Interventional Radiology sub-specialisation. Applicants must currently be in a Specialist Training Radiology Programme, hold a National Training Number and be due to complete ST3 in 2020 (usually completing ST3 by August and therefore commencing this post in August 2020). There may be scope for a suitable candidate to join at ST4 level – see job description for further details. Candidates need to demonstrate satisfactory progression so far and also demonstrate a commitment to IR as a career.

Acceptance of the post extends training to include a ST6 year and will take the applicant to their CCT date.
