This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trials Pharmacist to join a research organisation based in Winchester. Focused primarily on patient care and adhering to the highest professional standards, this role is with an industry leading clinical service provider focusing on neurology.

As a Clinical Trials Pharmacist, you will be overseeing the clinical trials pharmacy as well as giving advice and recommendations regarding pharmacy related queries.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of Clinical Trials Pharmacy facilities
  • Ensure the equipment and the whole pharmacy is well maintained
  • Oversee the IMP and non-IMP accountability from receipt to destruction as well as IMP re-supply for the site
  • Manage the drug dispensing at the site and be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of all pharmacy equipment
  • Resolve any queries regarding pharmacy related questions and liaise with study coordinators when necessary

Requirements

  • You must be a UK Registered Pharmacist (GPhC)
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacist
  • Data entry and data management skills
  • Ideally you will have experience within neurology research (preferable not essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
