£28,050 - £37,010 PRO RATA

FIXED TERM FOR 9 MONTHS

Enthusiastic, confident individual required to join the Integrated Occupational Therapy Team (Joint working health and social care) based on the Isle of Mull.

Primary role of the postholder is to work with adults within the Integrated Occupational Therapy team avoiding admission, facilitating discharge, providing in-reach and out-reach intervention in hospital or community.

The post holder will work alongside all health and social care agencies – community and hospital, providing assessment and support to individual clients in the Isle of Mull area.

You will require professional registration as an Occupational Therapist, HCPC certification and have experience in health or social care settings. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team or participate in lone working.

You will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations within Argyll & Bute HSCP to meet the operational requirements of the Service.
