Are you passionate about Women’s Health ? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6/ 7 Specialist Nurse/ Trainee Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join the Pelvic Pain team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This is a specialist service for the evaluation, and management of chronic pelvic pain in adults and adolescents. The aim of the service is to provide care, optimise pain management and improve quality of life for women. You will be joining the service as a clinical nurse specialist/ (trainee) Advanced Nurse Practitioner. This is a full time role.

The Adolescent and Pelvic Pain Service are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join this team. You will need to demonstrate experience and knowledge in either Women’s Health or in Chronic Pain conditions. We are looking for a team player who is, forward thinking and has ambition for developing their own expertise as well as strategic service development. For this post you will be required to be a good team worker with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working autonomously. As part of this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, nurses, psychologists and physiotherapists. Our department is committed to providing staff with the experience to develop specialist skills and knowledge in pain management.
