As a specialist Engineering recruiter you will be responsible for seeking out new clients and growing existing clients across the UK and Europe -the split being 80:20 new to existing. Your focus will be the engineering sector. It is likely you will have a background or keen interest in engineering be that from academic, work and/or practical experience of working in this fascinating area. Second modern European languages are a real plus as we engage with candidates and clients across the continent.
The UK like many other European countries has shortage of qualified and capable engineering talent. Your job is to engage with the global engineering community and fulfil assignments in niche engineering identifying through rigorous filtering the best in class talent. You will be exposed to working a mix of permanent and contract roles for a rich and varied European client base.
You will be working in a targeted environment and have a passion for good service, delivering results for both candidates and clients alike.
