We are recruiting both Teaching and non Teaching staff for ongoing and ad hoc assignments.
We require candidates with a proven background in the educational support of children and young people with a range of issues including mental health, emotional and behavioural problems, learning and physical disabilities and complex needs. Experience within secure and hospital services is desirable.
The successful candidates will be;
Non judgemental and committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
Able to engage often complex young people, and build effective relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries.
Emotionally resilient and competent in managing behaviours that challenge and sensitive situations.
Able to exert authority appropriately, and maintain discipline.
All posts are subject to satisfactory vetting procedures including enhanced DBS. Candidates with DBS on the online update service will be fast tracked through the compliance process.
