We are looking for an enthusiastic dietitian with strong team working skills to cover our Brent rehabilitation service. This service includes the inpatient rehabilitation unit at Robertson House within Willesden Centre for Health and Care and community rehabilitation beds within Brent.
The post will involve working closely with all the members of the multidisciplinary and the wider dietetic team. Experience and skills in team work are key to the role. In addition to direct patient care the role will involve working with the catering providers, training staff and monitoring and developing the service. You will also be required at times of reduced staffing to support the Park Royal Mental Health Unit.
We are looking for Dietitian with strong communication, organisational, prioritisation and team working skills with experience in nutritional support who can work autonomously and thrives within a multidisciplinary environment. They should be focused on providing a high quality dietetic service which is responsive to the changing needs of the NHS and this patient group.
The Nutrition and Dietetic department is a dynamic, friendly and dedicated team. The team is made up of acute and community dietitians, dietetic assistants and administrators based across the Trust at Northwick Park, St Marks, Central Middlesex and Ealing Hospitals. The dietetic department is committed to continuing professional development, and we have an established clinical governance programme including evidence based clinical groups, audit meetings, journal clubs, clinical supervision and critical appraisal. We are a well-established student trainer providing placements 1, 2 and 3 and the post will involve supervision of students in the clinical area.
