The Role

This isn’t your normal Account Manager position; you will be managing a portfolio of existing FMCG clients and will need someone with experience of identifying revenue shortfalls and ability to maximise client spend. Having the ability to inspire and partner clients in their digital learning journeys, you will be engaging clients in a consultative stance as well as managing various projects to help them implement learning courser and product developments. This role will also have elements of management, so the being able to lead and inspire are some attributes we would look for.

  • Delivering Revenue Targets
  • Delivering projects from launch to renewal
  • Developing client relationships with key stakeholders throughout the portfolio
  • Problem solving for your client portfolio
  • Gather regular feedback from clients to help provide ROI and secure renewals

  • £30,000-£35,000 salary
  • £50,000-£60,000 OTE
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • 4pm Friday finish

You

We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Manager with experience in handling SME and corporate accounts. Preferably a background in SaaS, Tech, Digital or Finance and ideally have overseen a product from launch to yearly renewal. An advantage will consist of having previous eLearning account management experience.

  • Account Management experience
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
  • Proactive can-do attitude
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous FMCG experience (Adv.)
