We are looking for a motivated and
enthusiastic Teacher to join our highly skilled team, making a difference to
our pupils with profound, severe and complex needs in our Subject-Led Learning
Department.

Experience of working in a special
needs setting and teaching pupils with ASD as well as learning difficulties is
desirable, but not essential. If you work in a mainstream setting and are
curious about Special Needs Schools, you are welcome to contact us to find out

Our School Values are very

We serve pupils with profound, severe
and complex needs, including autism. The school is comprised of: - Early Years
- which includes our Observation and Assessment Nursery called Honey Bees and
Reception classes, - IMPACTS classes - for pupils with Profound and Multiple
Learning Difficulties, - Extended IMPACTS classes - for pupils who benefit from
a more individual-led curriculum, - Subject Led classes - for pupils who
benefit from a more academic curriculum - 6th Form - preparing pupils for their
next steps

We currently serve pupils from the
ages of three to nineteen, and pupil numbers are set to increase rapidly over
the next year and beyond as we add more classes.

The Meadowfield Inclusion
Development and Support (MIDAS) Centre is our highly regarded inclusion and
outreach service which successfully supports over 60 schools and 70 settings
across Swale, increasing capacity to meet the needs of pupils with additional
needs.

Across the school we have over 240
members of staff ranging from class based support staff, teachers, the
Inclusion Team, Office and Admin Staff, Site Staff, ICT Department as well as
our Leadership and Management Team.
