The Special Needs Teaching Assistant
The ideal special needs teaching assistant will have previous experience working with children with complex needs as well as previous experience carrying out aspects of personal care. The children you will be required to support will have varied needs, including those on the Autistic Spectrum as well as those with profound and multiple learning difficulties. You will be required to support the class teacher throughout the full school day as well as supporting students in your class on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups.

Found in the outer London Borough of Wandsworth, this special needs school cater for students between the ages of 4-19 years, a majority of children at the school have profound and multiple learning difficulties and a significant number of the students also have additional sensory and physical impairments.
