An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to kick-start their career in the world of Special Markets. You will be working with the Commercial Sector of our client and will play a key role to ensure our customers receive excellent service.

This is a wide and varied role and would suit someone with good communication and customer service skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner. 

Process purchase orders for a wide range of large Institutional and Corporate customers within the same day of receipt, maintaining a high level of accuracy and ensuring prompt delivery to the customer. 

Notify Field Team of requests from customers. 

Be responsible for the maintenance of Key Accounts. 

Process and Invoice Direct Ship orders. 

Process Rep Stock orders and liaise with Export Dept when necessary for purchase orders over and above the normal requirement. 

Release Ecommerce orders and deal with the relevant hold codes as required. 

Provide support to customers ordering on-line. 

Liaise with other departments as and when necessary ie. Accounts/Customer Pricing & Analysis /Customer Services.

Request Credit & Recharge orders when appropriate in line with the sales order. 

Attend Staff meetings and Training Courses as required.

Some travel may be necessary. 

Work as necessary to provide optimum cover to customers during office hours. 

Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required. 
