Special Events Executive

We are looking for a Special Events Executive to help manage and plan our hotel events.


  • Working with the SEM (Sales, Events & Marketing Manager) ensure all customer enquiries are fully serviced, including proposals, showrounds, functions sheets, contracts and billing.
  • With a key focus on weddings and private functions, establish a consistent brand footprint both offline and online. 
  • Working with Weddings Direct to co-ordinate all showrounds maximising all function space. 
  • Ensure accurate detailed BEO (function sheets) produced. Weekly function sheet meeting. 
  • Ensure timely, consistent and engaging customer and Guest Direct response to all sales enquiries.
  • Ensure accurate data entry completing weekly, monthly audits.
  • Support SEM/DOS at all local wedding, Christmas, seasonal and private event expos. 
  • Maintain brand standards across all printed materials.
  • Ensure pre, during and post communication with all new and returning customers.

Experience using OPERA would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
