Are you compassionate, patient, and passionate about inclusive education? The Grange is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and nurturing team. You will play a vital role in helping students with Special Educational Needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting students with a range of additional needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language)
  • Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Helping students engage in learning and achieve their individual targets
  • Providing emotional and behavioural support with sensitivity and understanding
  • Working closely with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure every child succeeds
