An inclusive primary school in Abingdon is looking for a compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant. This position is ideal for those who want to support students with diverse learning needs and help them achieve their full potential. These children require additional support to open up their education, managing ASD/Autism, ADHD and other learning needs. A sharp rise in SEN children is leaving mainstream students being left behind, unless they have YOU!

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with students with SEN in the classroom.
  • Implement and monitor individualised education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and external specialists to provide comprehensive support.
