Are you passionate about working with children with complex disabilities and Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Tezlom is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support schools and colleges based in Ealing.

About the Role:

  • Work with young children in schools as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Assist with personal care and toileting requirements.
  • Support children with various needs such as children on oxygen, standing frames, walker, wheelchairs, etc.
  • Provide support to students with additional needs and learning difficulties.
  • Assist with feeding during lunch and help children on and off school transport

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS Certificate for working with children registered on the online update service or willing to process a new application.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant
  • A genuine passion for working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to different needs and challenges in the classroom

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or experience with specific SEN needs, such as autism or ADHD.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3, SEN training).
