A fantastic job opportunity has arisen working for a global company who are leaders within their industry sector. Our client really values their employees and is seeking a Spanish & Italian speaking customer service adviser to join their team.

My client is seeking a Spanish & Italian & English speaking individual both oral and written with previous customer service experience. We require a confident, outgoing and positive person who understands the importance of giving a fantastic service. £15500 Per Annum

This position is for a fixed 6 month period however, there may be potential for your employment to continue after this period.

Duties include

Calling and emailing clients
Working with clients to resolve any issues
Responding to incoming emails, phone calls and requests.
Entering accurate information onto a bespoke system.
Day to day administrative duties

You will be required to be proficient in MS Applications including Excel, Word and Outlook as well as excellent time management skills and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
