A Golf Club in Oxfordshire is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef
A golf club with a 70 cover restaurant is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the small team of chefs in the kitchen. The property has regularly changing menus with dishes prepared from fresh, seasonal ingredients with the role requiring you to cater for the restaurant and the golf events that take place at the venue. In this Sous Chef role you will be working in a team of three chefs so will need good all round skills in the kitchen including being capable of running service to the standards expected by the Head Chef. The position will require you to work five days out of seven, with day shifts from 8am to 5pm.
The venue is seeking a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef who has been working in busy, fresh food kitchens. All round cooking skills are essential but it is also important that you can lead others in the kitchen when required. A chef seeking better daytime hours would be ideal for this role.
