Our client, an exclusive Wedding Venue based on the outskirts of Newmarket, offering high end packages and a wonderful experience for couples who are getting married are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef.

The ideal Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef with preparation, cooking and serving at each of our client’s events and prep days, as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness and the upkeep of the kitchen, stock rotation and organising prep lists. Once training is completed the opportunity to run and manage your own events will be available.

The kitchen prides itself on quality and fresh produce, offering fine dining cooking to all its guests.

In the kitchen, our client works to the events, which offers a great work / life balance, letting you have extra evenings/days off in the quieter periods.
