A Sous Chef is required to join the kitchen of a multi-outlet hotel located in Shropshire
A very busy, multi-outlet hotel is currently seeking a Sous Chef to join the senior team of chefs working in the kitchens. The hotel is a popular venue with private and corporate guests due to its excellent leisure facilities and conference/ banqueting department. The hotel has two separate restaurants as well as the banqueting department and also offers guests afternoon teas. In this role of Sous Chef you will be required to be a strong all rounder in the kitchen whilst also supporting the senior chefs with their roles and having input on the menus that the kitchen have full autonomy on.
A strong Sous Chef who has a background working in similar hotels with multi-outlet dining operations is needed for this role and ideally all chefs will have been cooking to one AA Rosette level most recently. A strong supervisor who has a good awareness of kitchen management is required for this position.
