A Sous Chef role is available at a contemporary hotel located on the Cornwall coast
A popular hotel located in a stunning coastal position is currently seeking a Sous Chef who can bring strength in all areas to the kitchen. The hotel dining department focuses on the two restaurants which both offer good quality, all fresh dishes prepared with plenty of influence from Cornish produce. In this role of Sous Chef you will be joining the senior team of chefs in the kitchen requiring you to take on additional responsibilities alongside cooking including running service times, organising the junior chefs and assisting with the kitchen admin.
This role needs a Sous Chef who has experience working in a multi-outlet four star hotel environment previously. Strong all round cooking skills are essential but it is also important that you are a confident team leader with the ability to run service maintaining the standards expected when required.
