A hotel located in the Inner Hebrides with an ambitious team of chefs is seeking a Sous Chef
A fantastic opportunity is available for a Sous Chef to join the team in the kitchen of a hotel located on one of the Inner Hebrides islands. This is a great time to join the team as they are building the kitchen with the highly talented Head Chef having plenty of ambitions including creating a kitchen garden, aiming to gain accolades, developing new business opportunities and creating strong links with local suppliers with the hope the kitchen will operate on a 4 days on, 3 days off rota once fully established. In this role of Sous Chef you will be creating classic dishes with modern twists that closely follow the seasons showing that you have ability to work across the kitchen and run service when required.
All Sous Chefs who apply for this role should have strong fresh food backgrounds with experience working in AA Rosette accredited kitchens and must be real foodies. A creative chef who can bring their own ideas to the kitchen whilst fully supporting the Head Chef would be ideal for this position.
