A Sous Chef role is available at a popular pub in Warwickshire offering good homemade food
In this role of Sous Chef you will be joining the stable team of three chefs working in the kitchen of a pub offering tradition pub food with modern twists serving between 60-100 covers a day being particularly busy at the weekends. The property needs a Sous Chef who has good all round experience with the ability to move between sections effectively and remain calm in a busy kitchen operation. The kitchen creates all dishes from fresh ingredients onsite and offers all chefs an input on the menu design.
A strong Junior Sous Chef who wants to move into their first Sous Chef role would be ideal for this position. A background working in busy, all fresh food kitchens with a CV that shows longevity in your previous roles is essential.
