A Sous Chef role is now available with a contract catering company in Sheffield
A Sous Chef is required to join a high end contract catering company at their contract at a company that expects top quality dining for its employees but also for its hospitality rooms where they host fine dining events. In this Sous Chef role you will be working in a team of four chefs preparing fresh, seasonal ingredients to create good quality, fresh food for the staff dining room which also includes a 'grab and go’ deli bar concept. This is a great opportunity to continue to work to high standards on a daily basis whilst gaining better working hours and weekends off.
Only Sous Chefs who have been working in high quality, fresh food kitchens where you created every dish from scratch and also gained experience of fine dining will be considered for this role. It is important that you are capable of adapting to a variety of different cooking styles and can run service times when required.
