The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Sous Chef that can lead the brigade in one of our busiest restaurant concepts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy high quality Restaurant.

The right person will have previous experience in:
• Assisting the Head Chef in all duties
• Producing fresh food in a high-volume environment
• Managing a large Brigade of Chef’s
• Maintaining strict food safety standards
• Food purchasing software
• Team development and training

The Ned London
Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces.

The Restaurants
There are 10 Restaurants here at the Ned London specialising in various styles and cuisines including Italian, British, Casual Parisian, Pan Asian, modern European, Sushi and healthy Californian. On top of this we also have a dedicated events Kitchen, production and Pastry Kitchen that produces for the whole building
