The responsibilities include all usual Sous Chef tasks - manage the Kitchen in absence of the Head Chef. Assist with : Planning and directing how the food is presented, keep their kitchen staff in order, and make sure all the food that goes to customers is of the best quality to maintain high standards
The shifts make up a 40 hour week.
The Sous Chef will be required to work 5/7 Days per week.
The shifts are mainly straight shifts (With occasional split shifts) from 11am to 10pm - weekdays and 2pm - 10pm weekends
The Salary is up to £22'000 - £24'000 dependent on qualifications and experience. There are also additional bonuses that will be discussed in interview.
