Sous Chef

We are currently looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join this foodie company. With 3 sites across London, this company is all about organic, sustainable and fresh produce and ingredients. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the prep and production of the food as well as ensuring that the teams are up to standard. You will have an understanding of presentation as well as being able to monitor stock levels. As the ingredients and produce are all organic and sustainable, you will possess a real understanding of how these ingredients are prepared and cooked.

To be considered as a candidate, you will
-Be at sous chef level with a strong career background
-Have worked within a fresh food environment
-Ideally have high standard brasserie experience
-Be genuinely passionate about organic, sustainable ingredients
-Be able to oversee and manage a team
-Have a strong eye for detail and presentation
-Have an excellent understanding of produce and ingredients with the ability to demonstrate this at interview level
