We are working with our exceptional client based in the rural location of Petworth. The establishment has a superb reputation for the standard of food and level of service.
The menu is small and seasonal. All the food is cooked to order and the menu changes everyday to fit in what can be sourced from local suppliers, dug out of our vegetable patch or forage from the wild hedgerows or seashores nearby.
The head chef is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the team to support in the day-to-day running of the Kitchen and be able to manage kitchen efficiently in their absence.
Be responsible for providing a high level of quality food, maintain hygiene standards, all dishes prepared and garnished to the desired standard.
You will require your own transport due to the rural location.
