The Role

Live in available and possible assistance with relocation

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, you will have responsibility for leading a small but highly motivated canteen, already constantly achieving Michelin Star status and having a long established reputation for being one of the best restaurants in the South West of England. This role is ideal for a Senior Chef de Partie looking for that step up, whilst working under the supportive guidance of the Executive Head Chef, you will obtain an appreciation of the commercial aspect of running a kitchen.

  • Managing, and developing a small kitchen team
  • Ensuring health and safety and HACCP standards are achieved and maintained
  • Achieving exciting dishes within budgetary controls
  • Ensuring training of staff and brand standards are maintained
  • Menu creation and consistency of dishes
Requirement
  • Experience of working in a similar role at 3 or 4 Rosette standard is essential
  • Strong leadership
  • Excellent English communication
  • Well organised
  • Strong focus on GP, stock control and wastage
  • A love of food and a passion for what you do
