The Job Description
*Strong Senior Sous Chef to assist the talented Head Chef in managing a beautiful coastal hotel restaurant along with a brand new spa restaurant.
*Cooking to a 2 rosette level within both the restaurant & banqueting operations
*A 100% fresh food operation
*To manage a team of 12 chefs within a well-equipped kitchen.

*An award-winning hotel undergoing a 6 million refurbishment
*Excellent internal career progression to Head Chef
The Requirements

*A strong senior sous chef with an exceptional hotel background.
*This role would suit an experienced sous chef or a current head chef from a smaller operation.
*2 Rosette or above experience would be beneficial
*A Self-starter with a passion for great food.
*A minimum of 5 years within good quality kitchens.
*Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under a talented head chef.
