Sous Chef - Classic French Cooking - up to 26k - excellent working hours
I'm looking for an experienced and ambitious Sous Chef to take over to strengthen the brigade at this well loved family run business. Everything is made on site to the highest standards and you will be very hands on, cooking everyday. You will have the opportunity to develop the menus and modernise the offering
The ideal candidate will have a passion for classic French cooking. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. There will be an opportunity to have real input in the business so we are looking for someone with a long term plan and someone who wants to put roots down in the area. All in all this is a very attractive package for the right candidate.
If you match the following criteria then we'd love to hear from you
* Ambitious Chef with a proven track record
* Experience in Rosette or Michelin awarded kitchens
* A genuine passion and knowledge of classic French Cuisine
* Excellent man manager
You will be working 4 and a half days a week with Sunday nights off along with Monday and Tuesday off each week. Also there will be time off in Summer and 10 days off over Christmas
