Excellent Opportunity with Busy Hotel

Sous Chef. Our client based at this busy Hotel in Hastings is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a busy hotel that has an all fresh food menu along with conference, banqueting, room service and functions. The Head Chef needs an organised and confident Sous who can run the kitchen and lead the team in his absence.

The Role

* Working on all kitchen sections
* Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef
* Preparing meals for restaurant, bar, C&B and functions

The Person

* Already a Sous Chef with fine dining and banqueting hotel experience
* Experience of working in a busy 4* hotel serving all fresh food
* Capable and able to work unsupervised

Salary & Benefits

Salary to £26k
