Our client operates a small collection of family run business that started nearly 20 years ago in Salcombe. They all have their own unique sense of style and excitement with high standards and good taste, from the music to the food, and of course the lovely Salcombe locations.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and motivated Sous Chef in this establishment. The role of Sous Chef will involve cooking good quality, fresh food along with the supervision of junior members of the team. As the Sous Chef you will be the right hand of the Head Chef, assisting in the running of the kitchen department, overseeing the service of approx. 150 covers.
