Our client is a superb award winning Hotel in Marlow who are recruiting a Sous Chef with experience of working with fresh, seasonal food to multi rosette levels. You will work in the luxury hotel kitchen preparing meals for the fine dining restaurant, Brasserie, Bar/Lounge & Functions.
* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern 2-3AA rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator
* You will already be a Sous Chef from a luxury hotel for restaurant with fine dining background
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 2AA rosette level kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated
