Our client, located in Bexley, are looking for Sous Chef to join their busy bistro restaurant. They are looking for a candidate who is confident, has a good understanding of food, passionate and has a high standard.

Key Skills-

-You must be able to work under pressure & still produce high quality food

-Have an up to date food & hygiene qualification

-You must have good communication skills, be a team player

-Must have knowledge of allergens

Responsibilities & Duties-

-Ordering supplys and restocking

-Have an input in specials/brunch menus

-Ensure all work is carried out efficiently and to the time frame

-Know how to prioritise your jobs on a daily basis

-Help the running of the kitchen with the head chef

-Enforce strict health, safety & hygiene standards at all times

-Take pride in keeping the premises organised and clean maintaining their 5 stars

-Follow instructions from head chef to complete daily tasks

-Having input on their private dining menus

Free Food on Shift

Uniform will be provided

48 Hours per week - rotating shifts

This is a permanent position.
