My client is seeking a passionate and food driven Sous chef to help manage and develop their kitchens. Their pubs are based in the rural surroundings of north Manchester, Lancashire and Yorkshire and offer customer's friendly and unique environments were they can enjoy award winning pub grub!
The emphasis in this progressive company is on providing excellent customer service and hiring friendly and nice people with warm and engaging personalities. Control of menu is down to the head and Sous chef working along side the executive chef so you will have input on the menus. Chefs will also have control of the daily specials board. The menu ethos is Simple fresh food prepared on-site, using locally sourced quality ingredients. The Successful Sous Chef should feel comfortable in this environment.

* HACCP & COSHH trained
* Strong operational skills
* Experience in high volume fresh food sites
* Good presentation skills
