Sous Chef - up to £25K plus tips, 48 hour week, splits and straights - 3 nights off per week near Plumpton, Lewes

This gastro pub cooks to Rosette standard and offers modern British cuisine and features in the Good Food Pub Guide. It is set in the beautiful South Downs National park.

Experience

Sous Chef with gastro pub and Rosette all fresh food everything cooked from scratch experience to join a brigade of 5 in a modern kitchen. You will deputize for the Head Chef, have input into the menu planning and do the ordering. Great opportunity for the right person.

Salary

£25K plus tips - 3 nights off per week

48 hour per week
