Sous Chef - Hotel Banqueting: £27K plus tips, Horsham - Amazing place to work
Great opportuntity to work in a 5 Star luxury manor house Hotel near Horsham as a Sous Chef to join their banqueting team.
Previous experience of working as a Sous Chef in a banqueting kitchen for weddings and functions in a 4 or 5 Star Hotel cooking to Rosette standard. You must have experience of running a brigade when the Head Chef is off, menu planning, GP's, stock take and costs. To be able to work under pressure while still maintaining high standards.

5 days on, 2 days off
Straights and split shifts
2 doubles (max 3 doubles)
Accommodation only available for relocation purposes for a few weeks
