Sous Chef

My client, a small hotel in the Evesham area is looking to recruit a Sous Chef or possibly a Chef De Partie looking to make the next step.

The hotel serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as offering bar food, it also serves Pub food in it's adjoining bar.

It offers traditional food such as Burger and Steak Nights, A Sunday Carvery where they might seat between 40-80 patrons as an example. There is a head chef in place who has been with the business for 20 years so it is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced and hands on Chef. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in the kitchen so it is not a pressurised environment.

You would work 5 days out of 7, days off are normally Monday and Tuesday and the shifts you would cover are traditionally 0630-1000 for Breakfast, 1200-1400 for Lunch and 1800-2100 for Dinner.

The salary on offer is between £16000 and £19000 DOE.
