Job Description

We are now seeking a competent & reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. I am looking for an experienced sous chef that is very experienced at running busy kitchen operations with a strong passion, be a team player and who cares about food.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Assist the running of a busy kitchen
  • Prepare and cook locally sourced produce, plan Menu’s, stock ordering, control and waste management
  • Maintain kitchen documentation ( SFBB File ), ensure food safety legislation and company regulations are adhered to at all times
  • To ensure consistent quality and consistently work towards exceeding the expectations of our guests

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 year's experience as Sous Chef
  • Flexible (mornings, afternoons, evenings & weekends)
