Our client is an elegant 4 Star hotel with a 100% fresh food menu. We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef support the Head Chef in day to day operation of its strong team.
You will be assiting in leading and developing the team alongside having a hands on role in creating the food for both geusts and regular weddings and banqueting events.
A great opportunity for a Jr Sous/Senior Chef de Partie to step up and take the next step in their career. This role would also suit a Head Chef looking to take a step down.
