Excellent New Opportunity at Hotel in Kettering, Northamptonshire

A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Kettering in Northamptonshire for a Sous Chef to work in and run the Brasserie Restaurant at this luxury hotel. The Brasserie will serve seasonal, locally sourced fresh produce. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous with passion and enthusiasm to run the brasserie kitchen and manage junior chefs.

The Role

* Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
* Encouraging and developing Junior Chefs
* Preparing meals for the brasserie restaurant
* Opportunity for career progression

The Person

* You will already be a Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous from a fine dining Hotel/Restaurant
* Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
* Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
* Steady Career History

Salary to £28k - Live In if needed
