My Client is looking for a Sous Chef for an Exclusive Pub located in Whitley Bay.
Entry Requirements: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sous Chef who should have worked in a similar role within the catering industry. The role will involve preparing a pub menu to the highest standard, ordering stock, cleaning and tidying kitchen, washing dishes, managing the kitchen, etc.
You must be an experienced Chef with experience of pub food menus. There will be one week's training on the current menu at another restaurant to help you provide the highest standard of cuisine.
This is a permanent role, 40 hours per week and a salary of £22K plus pension and good holiday entitlement.
