SOUS CHEF (BANQUETING)

REED Hospitality are currently working in partnership with their client, based in Ayrshire, to recruit for a Banueting Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close knit team, and really play a part in developing and driving the team forwards together with the Head Chef. Obviously it goes without saying that one of your key responsibilities will be to ensure that dishes are prepared to excellent standards by the team!
We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for the industry, and who has proven experience in high volume banqueting. This role is very fast paced, so you really need to be the type of person who doesn't crack under pressure!
In return, you will work in an extremely supportive environment, cooking for a variety of events from conferences and parties, to weddings and banquets.
You don't have to be an experienced Sous to apply - this role would also suit a chef de partie with a solid background in events/banqueting!
