Sous Chef. Our client based at this Superb 4* property in Gloucestershire is recruiting a Sous Chef to complete their brigade. This is an opportunity to join a superb hotel that has an excellent reputation for its food in a 2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant as well as functions and weddings. The Head Chef is happy to recruit a confident Junior Sous Chef looking for first Sous appointment.
* Working on all kitchen sections
* Assisting & Deputising for the Head Chef
* Working to 2AA Rosette standard
* Already a Sous Chef or confident Jr Sous with fine dining and banqueting hotel experience
* Experience of 1-2AA Rosette standards and fresh food
* Capable and able to work unsupervised
Salary & Benefits
Salary to £25,000 + tips
