Sous chef required for a Pub in the Borough area of London. The pub uses seasonal produce to create great pub dishes, the pub is very focused on local south east produce and seasonal use of produce. 45hrs a week over 5 days.

The role:

As sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen, you will help write menus, develop the team. This role will include all the normal sous chef duties


We are looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background.
