Looking to join an exciting and innovative kitchen? Would you like to join a team of some of the best local chef’s and build on their knowledge? My client, one of Leicestershire’s best and most prestigious hotels are currently seeking a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef to take the step up and join their award-winning, growing team.
The role is an exciting, varied and challenging one. We are looking for an ambitious sous chef who is looking to grow their career, learn exciting new skills and step up to the plate in the Head Chef’s absence!
You will be reporting directly to the team of Head Chef’s, you will support them and the team to ensure that the highest quality of product and service is always available. You will also organize, direct and support with running the entire main kitchen, helping to ensure a consistently high standard that the hotel expects.
The kitchen is run on a rota basis and you will be expected to work 5 days and a minimum of 40 hours within those 5 days.
