A luxury Berkshire hotel is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the team
Joining a kitchen team of 7 this role of Sous Chef is based at a stunning hotel that has built a strong reputation for fine dining in the restaurant, a brasserie and weddings that take place at the property throughout the year. In this role of Sous Chef you will be preparing modern British dishes for the two AA Rosette accredited restaurant and will be given an input on the menus, new ideas and techniques will be welcomed, as you will be working closely with the Head Chef as well as running the kitchen in their absence.
An experienced Sous Chef who has a stable CV with experience working at country house hotel with at least two AA Rosettes is required for this position. As well as being a talented, creative chef you must also be a confident team leader with a good knowledge of day to day kitchen management requirements.
